Batman @ 75

I spent the entire weekend just watching Batman movies since he turned 75 in March 31. Batman is one of my favorite characters and year after year DC has managed to elevate Batman as the thinking man's super hero. Was given time also to take some Batman pictures using PlayArts Kai Dark Knight and DC Variant. Nothing fancy, just placed the figure in front of an LCD screen, placed some props and there you have it. :)

Power Rangers Wild Force

Good to be back after almost a month of no post. Glad to have taken pictures these past few days -- starting off with the Power Rangers Wild Force.

I just added 'dust' effect using Photoshop. For the Yellow Eagle and White Tiger, like with my other flight scenes, I attached the robot to a string then deleted afterwards using Photoshop. These images were taken outdoor.

The Bat-Signal

"Because he's the hero Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now. So we'll hunt him. Because he can take it. Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian. A watchful protector. A Dark Knight."

Towards the end of TDK, we find Gordon destroying the Bat-Signal as a sign that the city does not tolerate vigilantes and the start of the hunt for the Dark Knight. 

Towards the end of TDKR, we find the Bat-Signal completely restored and Gordon complete shocked in disbelief that The Dark Knight still lives.

The bat-signal is your price for completing the Movie Masters Dark Knight Rises action figures by Mattel. You have to get the exclusive Gordon to get the broken piece of the bat signal and yeah it lights up. Super cool. 

I just downloaded a rain and water splash brush to add the rain effect in Photoshop. :)
